Smith Asset Group LLC isn't trying to replace agents — we're trying to work alongside them. Some sellers need speed and certainty more than top-dollar-and-months-on-market; some buyers on our assigned contracts still want representation. Either way, there's a lane for an agent to get paid on a deal that wouldn't have existed otherwise.
You've got a seller who wants speed, certainty, or a no-repairs cash sale more than a traditional listing — inherited property, a portfolio liquidation, a seller who can't wait for financing to fall through twice. Refer them to us and a referral fee is agreed in writing before we ever contact your client.
Refer a SellerWhen one of our assigned contracts closes, the buyer's side of that transaction can still run through a licensed agent where applicable. If you represent active cash buyers or want to, we'll loop you in on deals that fit their box.
Represent a BuyerThere's no fixed public rate card here on purpose — every referral fee or co-broke split is negotiated per deal and put in writing before any client information changes hands, consistent with Georgia real estate license law (a referral fee to a licensed agent or broker is standard practice; nothing here is structured to pay an unlicensed party for activity that requires a license).
This page describes a general framework, not a binding offer or a specific commission rate. Terms for any individual deal are set out in a separate written referral or co-brokerage agreement reviewed by both parties.
Whether you've got a seller to refer, a buyer to represent, or just want to open the relationship — start here.
